About
A local firm that does the job properly.
Boiler & Brass is a small team of Gas Safe engineers and plumbers based in Manchester. We turn up when we say we will, quote before we start, and leave the place clean.
Our story
A small team, a simple standard.
Boiler & Brass started in 2014 with one van, a landline and a simple idea: turn up when you say you will, quote before you start, and leave the place cleaner than you found it.
Today we’re a small team of Gas Safe engineers and plumbers covering Greater Manchester. We still answer the phone ourselves, still quote before we start, and still guarantee every job for 12 months.
If we wouldn’t put it in our own home, we don’t put it in yours.

The things we don’t compromise on.
No mission statements. Just the four things every customer gets.
01
We turn up when we say we will.
You get a text when we’re on the way, and a call if anything changes.
02
You approve the price first.
A fixed quote before we start. No hourly surprises, no call-out fee.
03
We leave the place clean.
Dust sheets, overshoes and a proper clean-up before we go.
04
We stand behind the work.
A 12-month workmanship guarantee on every job, parts and labour.
